What to do while you wait

Cut nonessential water. Don't keep flushing "to see." Don't add chemical "revivers" to a tank that's already in failure. Keep kids and pets off wet field spots.

Local wrinkle

After heavy rain, saturated clay can make a weak field look worse. We still need to know if the tank is full of solids or the field is finished. The first truck visit is about stopping the mess and diagnosing, not upselling a full replacement in the driveway.
