Primary hub. Mid-century ranches, Tree Streets edges, Boones Creek growth, Buffalo Mountain hillside lots with rock and slope.
Jonesborough
Washington County seat. Historic district lots, older tanks, limited truck swing room, soil and setbacks on smaller parcels.
Gray
I-26 corridor mix of older septics and newer subdivisions. Confirm sewer vs septic before quoting install.
Piney Flats
Tri-Cities fringe. Larger rural lots, wells common, soil evaluation before land buy matters.
Kingsport
Sullivan County. Older neighborhoods, lost tank locations, Colonial Heights, Bloomingdale, Bays Mountain edges.
Bristol TN
Tennessee side only. South Holston slope lots and mixed older housing. Not Bristol, VA unless Nick expands.
